These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and AiCommsLibrary ("we", "us", "our"). By using the website, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
AiCommsLibrary provides a library of AI prompt templates designed for use with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar services. We offer both a free tier (limited access) and a Premium tier (full library access).
We provide a selection of prompt templates free of charge, without requiring account registration. Free access is provided "as is" and may be changed or restricted at any time. The free tier gives you access to a defined subset of our prompt library.
During our early access period, Premium access is available free of charge to founding members. No payment is required to claim Premium access at this time. If paid access is introduced in the future, pricing terms will be clearly communicated before any charge is made, and users will always be given the opportunity to review updated terms before purchasing.
For the avoidance of doubt, the 14-day cooling-off period under UK consumer law applies only to future paid purchases, and has no effect during the current free access period.

The prompt templates, website design, copy, and all other content on AiCommsLibrary are the intellectual property of AiCommsLibrary and are protected by copyright. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you. The limited licence granted under section 5 does not constitute a transfer of ownership.
AiCommsLibrary is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
AI tools and their capabilities change rapidly. Prompts that work well today may need adjustment as AI models are updated. We are not responsible for changes in third-party AI services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AiCommsLibrary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, though we will not remove content you have paid to access without reasonable notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
